This have surfaced on Ebay..
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws....ck=true
I think that its a V-80. That would be the automatic vending. Are these models desirable??
How easy are parts to come by. It looks as if it needs complete restoration.
What questions should Ib e asking the seller??
What is a reasonable price to pay for this model (I know there is going to be a big difference between US & UK but what would you guys pay)
The seller also has another vendo but wth a starting bid of £750 I think I might give that a miss.
Cheers
Dave

Right, I can see where the handle is now. I've just looked at the section on the site here for the 56. Will it. like the 81 vend different types of bottles or are we only talking about the smaller bottles.
Thanks
Dave

Looks like it would clean up quite well. Hope you get it!! Can help with any questions. I'd ask if the coin mech is there. But at that price who cares. Creighton

Okay chaps
Have spoken to the seller of the V-56. He says I can have it for £450.00 which works out (with your weak Dollar as it is) about $900. However, it is missing its crank handle and the rod that connects to it.
What do you think??? Is it still a bargain. There seems to be a fair amount of work to it. But I was hoping that I might get reduced rates on bodywrk and painting if I presented two machines to be done.
I know that I can get the handle repro from the Steves's how about the rod??
As always your kind words gratefully appreicated.
Dave

Buy it! That is a deal! It wouldn't last “over here” at that price..... Man!!!!! now everything is poping up “over there”..... Gas pump, Dole dispenser, candy machines, Jacobs, You need to tell your wife how lucky she is that you're finding all this stuff! I'm sure that will help '> I think, without seeing the machine, that a RT 56 just missing just the handle and rod, at $900 is a deal!
