And don't forget the Summer Finds part....... does everyone/anyone want to do that?
Post their finds of the summer... If so when should we post?
I love this site... best “club” I've ever been apart of and I haven't met a one of you!Ha
Maybe I'll get to meet a few of you this November in Chicago!
Thanks for all the stories and advice......

This may be the place to ask Jim this question:

How and when did this great site start?   ':drinkers:'

I would say Oct. 20, 2001.

Do I win a Bozo Button Jim? (I hope that this is not just a Midwestern saying.)

First, I want to Thank Everyone for the praise!

Secondly, belive it or not, if you visit the Event Calendar, you'll see that August is the offical month SMC was launched back in 1998. It's hard to believe it's been 7 years!

As a matter of fact, I originally had a site back in '96 which is still available for anyone to visit, Vintage Restorations... This site still gets visitors from time to time...

Again, Thanks for the kind words and if there's anything we can do to make things better, I'm open for discussion...
