Important Note: Cord is crushed/severed so can't confirm it cools/run.
Unrestored original kept inside persons home since early 1980's, prior to that it was in JC Penny's breakroom.
Thank You for your input!

I went 1200-1400, but only because of the unknown cooling. To me a machine is worth a lot more if the cooling capability is intact. I'd suggest wiring in a $10 replacement cord (even if only temporary) from the hardware store so you can possibly say "cools and vends but should have wiring replaced".

I'd say $1400.00 if it can't be confirmed if it cools. If it cools I'd have no problem paying the $1600 to $1800 range. My thinking is I purchased my 72, a nice original for $1700 from another member but it had to cool for that price. After confirming it cooled and ran I purchased the machine. I'll give him credit for plugging it in, when we loaded it the cord completely disintegrated but I knew it would have to be rewired anyway's.

I'm at 1000.00 - 1200.00. Since the cooling system is in question...
Cav 72s don't seem to bring much around my area.

Asumming it cools that's a nice machine. The $1,500 range is great for a buy, that machine could bring in $2,500 if you were to sell.
