Not a terrible price for a not-very-often seen machine. I guess it would be more of a collection completer than anything.

The seller contacted me on this machine as well as others about a month ago as she is about 2 hours from me.. Her husband Died and was a collector and she had a friend helping her sell stuff.. lots of signs and some coolers..

she presented me with the popcorn machine at that time.. and I made an offer to her and pretty much had a done deal on it for 750.00.  then 2 days later (a day before I could go get it) she had another "Friend" suggest to sell it on ebay... so they told me they where putting it on ebay..  I was going to put a bid at the end, then watch it skyrocket with a minute or so to go..

I saw one in Chicago a year ago, it had already sold and hte seller would not tell me what it went for?

Oh well..
