The bumper is off a 1956 Coup de Ville I drove from Bakersfield CA to Ohio back in 1985. It was in restoration when I got divorced. This was the only part I saved before she had it towed.
The engine is an all alluminum Ford. 347 stroker. AFR 205 heads, Custom billit oil pan etc, etc.

Can anyone guess what car is in the forground? Not the Lincoln in the garage.
Also on the right is a working fridge I think is from the 50's. I'll try to get more info on it.

I'm glad you mentioned the POR 15. I've used that for several years on car frames. It is miraculous to me how that stuff works. I've never seen a harder finish from a paint can. And, once it dries, it is practically indestructible. (And, when it gets on your hands or arms it has to wear off.) I just bought a quart of their gloss black to do a motorcycle frame. I expect the same results. They have a gray/silver color that is supposed to look like new metal. I'm thinking about doing the bottom of my box with that.
Anyway, it looks like you're making good progress. Be sure to post pictures all the way through the process and especially when it's finished. Thanks!
