Looks like an American Vendors 120?  Pretty good shape and pretty unique, I might pick it up if it was a little closer.

Anybody have one of these?  The best I can tell, you turn the crank to find the drink you want through the viewing window, then have it vend.  Is that correct?

I believe it is a multi-selection machine - turn the selector to the drink of choice and insert $$. Not sure on exact vending capacity; however, if the name is like others and vends 120, then you could feasibly have 120 different drinks to choose from (I think).
