Two I know of are: 1. In the movie "Space Cowboys", when Tommy Lee Jones is giving the kid a bi-plane ride, I think there is a two-tone 110 against the wall of a small building in the background. 2. Like Oscar wrote, in the classic movie "Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo", Lt. Ted Lawson (Van Johnson) buys his wife Ellen (Phyllis Thaxter) a Coke from a strange-looking machine. I always wondered what kind it was, too. A few years ago, some one (not a regular poster, I don't think) stuck a thread on here asking about a specific type of a machine and it matched the one in the movie. But, for the life of me, I can't remember what kind it was! I do know it wasn't one of the more common manufacturers. The scene is early in the movie when the characters are at Eglin Field. Go to about the 1:58 mark in this YouTube clip... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9z_Wk8Dz2n8

In the heat of the night- there is a Vendo 81 if i remember right. I don't remember what scene it was in. It was an 81 or a 110. Would have to see the movie again.
That's funny.. A Soldier's Story, the Denzel remake of the same story had a Cavalier 72 or 96, couldn't tell which.

1976 - Silent movie A Vendo can machine. Why I mention it here will only ruin the scene if you haven't seen it.
30 yrs later, it still makes me laugh out loud

Slapshot, Hanson Brothers trash a machine. Been awhile since I've watched the movie. Don't recall what type. Creighton

My kids were watching Icarly on Nick and my one son paused the show and got me in the front room to watch it. He backed up a scene to show me something in the background. They have a cool green U select it in their loft as one of the props. I was surprised that he spotted it.

I saw that a few weeks ago when my daughters were watching. I had to do the same and back it up to check it out. Kinda neat where some of these machines will pop up!

Was watching the Western Channel the other day and a movie called Wanda Nevada came on with Brook Shields and Peter Fonda. In the first 15 minutes or so, they had a V-44 and then a VMC-27 (Tabletop) on an enclosed stand.
