Thanks everyone!
Unfortunately, my B-day celebration has been postponed somewhat. My wife came down with a flu bug 4 days ago. Could be the swine or H1N1 virus as she is still sick. I have never seen her this sick in the 20 years we have been together. I hope nobody gets this thing as it is a nasty one - get your flu shot this year!
The rest of the family have not caught it and I hope we don't. My S-I-L is taking the kids for the night, so that will be a nice break as I have been living the life of a single parent for the last few days. My hats off to all you single parents out there! It is a hard job with little ones!
Anyway - sorry to be Donnie Downer, but we'll celebrate when everybody is healthy and happy.

So far the kids and I haven't caught it. My wife's birthday is Monday so it usually is a celebration of dinner out or something, but not this year. She hasn't been able to keep much down the past few days.

I just told a buddy of mine has strep throat and was complaining today the antibiotics aren't working quick enoughday... I told him he needs a few shots of scotch and he'll feel fine. thats my medicine when I start feeling ill. |
