I think I have a V-56.  I'm missing the light-up sign with the 7-up logo.  I have the light source and everything behind it, I just need the moulded plastic sign.  Attached is a picture of another machine with the sign, it's the one just above the coin slot on the front.  Any ideas where I can find one of these?

might be difficult to find an original, may have to resort to making a sign for the front while you hunt for an original...

I've seen them show up on Ebay, problem is it could be a wait for a nice one.

I have the same machine.  The sign is plastic, but it isn't flat.  It's actually molded plastic - kind of like being embossed.  The 7-Up logo sticks out.

That machine looks wider than a 56...if you give me the dimensions of the frame where the missing light panel is, I will check it against one that I have.

The black data plate on the side of the machine should tell you the model number.  If it's a 56, it may look wider because the picture got stretched before posting.

It's a model: VFA56F-B
the picture looks like it was stretched, it was taken off some other website, it just looks identical to mine.  The sign dimensions are approx. 15 1/2"W X 11 1/2T.

I have a buddy with that same machine that would sell the sign for 75 bucks. If your interested just let me know. He plans on making the machine into a theme machine.

Sodaworks,

Have him send me some pictures of the sign, it'll have to be in pretty good shape for $75 but I'd like to see it.  <cntryby429@yahoo.com>
