Well, I remembered the mention of the throwback Pepsi and Mountain Dew in a thread a few months back.  Guess what I found at Wal-Mart today...Throwback Pepsi and Mountain Dew in the 20 ounce bottle!  The labels are old fashioned, just like mentioned on here.  The best part...they are made with real sugar instead of HFCS!   happydrinkers   We got one of each, and they are refreshingly delicious!  If "the middle of nowhere" Texas has it, then most others should have it or be getting it soon!  Enjoy!

I can get a case of Coke with pure cane sugar, problem is it made in 1986, 12 oz cans.  It is going into the trash.

I found the 20 oz bottles at walmart for $1 per bottle and over at target they had 12pks of cans on sale for 3 for $10 plus the 12 pks had a coupon on them for buy three get one free, so four 12 pks for $10 is a pretty good deal.

I was not very impressed with the throwback mt dew. The throwback pepsi is better. I still prefer the passover coke, the mexican coke and pepsi. The rc soda, and dr peppeer that retro soda sells is overall the best, in my opinion.

The throwback Mountain Dew does have an after taste almost, but not as bad as a diet pop.  The Pepsi is better, but the Pepsi Natural was even better than the throwback.

But I have to agree 101% that retro Sodas large bottle of Dr. Pepper is the best DP I ever tasted.  It even blows away the Dublin DP.

I had a throwback Pepsi the other day at a friends.  I think it is much better than regular stuff.

If you're a fan of the throwback flavors, stock up, it was a limited promotion, and Pepsi has  discontinued  promotion and production
( it's good to have a connection in the Soda industry biggrin )
