V-63 door panel clips

Hi guys,
I'm learning on the fly with a Vendo 63 and need suggestions on how to remove the butterfly clips that hold the plastic door panel in place? They are tuck under the gasket and look very breakable.

actually they are very strong, just gently pop them out.
