How much is a Chicago Coin Double bowling game worth in pretty good shape. There is one by me for sale for $300. I like the machine, but not sure I have 8' for the game...

$300.00 is a good price, but if you can only find room for one shuffle alley, I would recommend a 1960's machine.  That machine appears to be from the fifties.  The 1960's machines are better because they have a larger variety of games to play on the same machine, and in the sixties Formica was used for a surface.  It holds wax better.  I have restored five or six shuffles and a ball bowler.  In my opinion, I would say that United shuffles are superior to C.C.'s.  Personally the 1960 - 1962 United shuffles are the best.  Check out this web site http://www.marvin3m.com/bowl/ 
I have a United Falcon ball bowler from 1960 and an Embassy shuffle from 1961.  Actually, the Falcon on this web site is mine. 

These games are prone to having gummed up parts.  You should really take apart all the parts and clean them if it doesn"t work properly.  But anyway, back to the original question....$300.00 is a good price.

By the way, shuffles are 9' and ball bowlers are generally 11'.

                  I beleive $300.00 is a good Price  Here's a picture of the one's My Friend got for $100 on our way back from picking up the Suffle Game . Which He paid $150 for . Both of the glass's are cracked & Flaking badly. So if the the one your looking at is in Nice Condition I'd be all over it . The Ball Bowler Are a lot Bigger The ones I see Are 10 to 16 feet long and in 3-4 section . The one your looking at it 8 ft and the top un-plugs & can be removed .

Leonard.. I thought you were the one that found that one recently.  Thanks for the info. Having the backboard removable is a big help.

I really am trying to figure out where and how to put it somewhere. I just showed the pic to wifey, and it didn't get a warm response..  I don't normally care, but the fact that it is soo big makes me be a bit more considerate. I've already called 2 buddies who could fit it somewhere, but neither one are interested.

          I'M by NO way an expert on Suffle's or Bowlers .But I'v been watching & doing some checking . The one your asking a bought is between 59-63 .The one Bowler my friend 's got is from 62. The Target Suffle Board is from 1951 United .And as Ken Said They really only need to be kept Clean .
