Thanks for all of the help and suggesstions!! Looks like by removing the selector knobs and the face plate the bottle/can rockers will slide free of the rest of the assembly. This will give me access to clean the rest and much easier to clean paint the bottle/can rockers. Pics soon.

I dunno about that.... I removed the knob, and the tray was loose, but didn't not want to come out without removing some stuff from the back. I loosened 2 screws on the back, and still needed more so I said fuggetaboutit.... If you find an easy way to do it, lemme know.

I have to tell you guys something. I am an absolute idiot when it comes to anything mechenical. However, I take about 100 digital pictures as I am tearing stuff apart. That way, even I can't screw it up. My advise is to tear down the bottle stack and take a picture of every screw if necessary. You will be much happier with the results. Also, I have asked guys like Matt (the minit pop guy) and Curtis Kauffmann (restores just about everything) for their help whem I'm stuck, which is about all the time. Today for example I took apart a Lerge Seeburg teardrop speaker that I bought last week, I tore it down and even removed the blue mirror glas pieces (about 100 of them). Now I have no idea how I will put it back together but with the help of my friends I will put it back together after I paint it.
Take some risks and you will be better for it.
