V144 masonite sign

I’m looking for the masonite sign for a Vendo 144.  
Can anybody help?

If not the sign, a good digital photograph will work.

Also, does anybody know if the embossing on a Vendo 81 is the same as the 144?

All I have left to finish is the lettering and the sign on the front of my machine, and I can be finished.
