Hello,
Was visiting the Barrett-Jackson Auction in West Palm Beach today and couldn't resist showing that people are still creating these machines and looking for premium prices! Asking price was $12,000! ! !

Holy Cow! Watching the speedvision coverage of the car auctions. Things a bit nuts there as well. Enjoy the road trip!! Creighton

Bob,
I didn't get an opportunity to talk with the guy... He was pretty busy and I had some people I wanted to talk with so I just snapped the photo... The machine was nicely restored.
And yes, I have to agree with Eric, it's ashame the destroy a rare cooler to create a ficticious machine...
Quote | Oh sorry I still can help you with who the guy on the phone was that won it! | Steve, Can you elaborate and tell us the story...? I saw the car and other than Howard Hughes owning it; I couldnt believe the money it went for!

Nice machine, but boy, you'd have to really like the color orange in your home to buy that one.

Boy, I know it's evil to butcher up machines like that , but it sure is pretty. Kito if I had money tp buy machines like that I wouldn't worry about the color, I'd be able to afford to build it a room of it's own.
