Its A Galaxy Dispenser Model made by Vendo late 50s To mid 60S I had one it was a 4 pull there really nice lit up .

Most of the ones ive seen As mine was were mounted on A Queens Ice Maker . ( Look under the Dispenser area )

I know quite a few were in Church's & Schools used in the Concession areas where they had indoor sports

    Yes that is a very nice piece and does not deserve to be mounted on a speaker pole.

I've had three of these. They usually have a mount for the ice makers but will sit on the counter.
This one needs the drip tray. The mounting bracket looks strange. I wonder if the bracket shown was made for that pipe stand.
They do look great when lit up. The marks on the plastic concern me. I hope it's just gunk that will clean off and not actual damage. They don't Repro that part.
