A friend recorded the new show last week and just watched it. He said the "new" American Restoration was boring. Says he'll never watch the show any more.

Maybe they'll make some adjustments based on ratings and feedback.... Or maybe we're all just "gear heads" and the general public loves it!

I think you nailed it Brenda.  We (people on this site) love to see the stuff they bring in and the details on the work that is done.  The general public likes all the backroom drama.  At least that is my opinion from all these other reality type shows.
