Not cooling, me personally for that cooler I wouldn't pay more than 250 for it..... but that's me, and mainly because I don't like that style of cooler. Done up, these coolers do look very nice, with all the embossing and the unique lid etc..... If it were cooling and all parts there, I think 500 would be full retail on it.
I'm not an expert on these coolers though, so I might be off price wise... but this type of cooler is not high demand, yet to restore them and get them cooling costs a lot. If you restore a pinto to MINT condition, what you have then is a mint condition Pinto.
