I would like to give you my opinion on that cooler Chippy, but I'm certain it is not what you would want to hear!

Unless you can get if for cheap, I think you would be better off finding the same cooler in working condition with all parts there.
By the time you get the parts you need, and get it up and running, you might be in it for more than just buying one already at that level.

Not cooling, me personally for that cooler I wouldn't pay more than 250 for it..... but that's me, and mainly because I don't like that style of cooler.  Done up, these coolers do look very nice, with all the embossing and the unique lid etc.....   If it were cooling and all parts there, I think 500 would be full retail on it.

I'm not an expert on these coolers though, so I might be off price wise... but this type of cooler is not high demand, yet to restore them and get them cooling costs a lot.  If you restore a pinto to MINT condition, what you have then is a mint condition Pinto.  smile

The bow chest coolers are only great for a cheap price very little profit if you are wanting just buy and flip!

One great advantage of the WD-12 is that is a Dry Box rather than a Wet Bath!  The WD-10 compressor also has the same cooling system!

The compressor alone are a project!!  Attached is the compressor in my WD-10 that Eric restored at Global Compressors...

+1 on Bonovox's comments. If you can get it dirt cheap. Maybe look into the compressor replacement and other parts ect before you buy.

Nice cooler Jared. Eric does do great work on the compressors.
