For $950 unless you are hurting to pay the bills I would just keep it and post it this Spring when the weather warms up!!

My recent encounter, he wanted to buy for $700, and that is with no shipping. I couldn't do it.

I wouldn't know after I blocked him from contacting me through e-bay a few years back after he offered me $1,000 for a 81.

When selling to a restorer I'm sure pricing can vary on how desperate they are for a machine. If they have a customer who is paying top dollar for a resto with a deposit and they don't have the machine then I'm sure pricing would be higher then just going out buying future inventory.
