Yes Billl, obviously I was playing. But we both know that we know someone who tried to buy your machine off you. Not sure why you still have it.
 Either way, not important.

I think because he spent his excess cash on 81d s, he now has three and wont share.  I would've done the same even though I find the cav 72 just as nice to look at as an 81.  those 81s are highly sought after! I'm at a point where I will probably just keep it and restore it. Oh, bump. |

As long as it runs and cools he offered a fair market price!
If looks like a project in pieces he will run away!

Just curious, what is Carl paying for a decent 72 these days?  (complete chilling machine). |

My recent encounter, he wanted to buy for $700, and that is with no shipping. I couldn't do it. |

I wouldn't know after I blocked him from contacting me through e-bay a few years back after he offered me $1,000 for a 81. |

When selling to a restorer I'm sure pricing can vary on how desperate they are for a machine. If they have a customer who is paying top dollar for a resto with a deposit and they don't have the machine then I'm sure pricing would be higher then just going out buying future inventory.   |

But we both know that we know someone who tried to buy your machine off you. The falcon has landed, the snowman walks alone. I love talking in code , makes things more exciting.    Machine has been sold.      I let it go for $250 |

per Wikipedia : Cuckold historically referred to a husband with an adulterous wife and is still often used with this meaning. I like being a wise azz and playing along with a joke but I cant figure out what you're alluding too? Im not that bright please explain.... |

MoonDawg offered $1000.00 to Ezra on December 20, 2014......IF... he would bill me through Paypal so I could have proof of purchase, and also for income tax purposes.        Request was declined because he did not want to have to claim this outside payment as extra income to the IRS.        I have passed on his subsequent lower priced offers because I really don't need it anymore.        I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A $250.00 C-72!     |
