Been a while since I've bought anything... This is my favorite cooler/chest Coke put out. I had one a few years back and had to part with it...
This one popped up at an auction a few hours away from me. It had been in a vacation lodge near the Lake of the Ozarks. The lodge closed in 1963 and was
pretty much untouched, the place was a time capsule. I missed out on the Dual Victor V gumball machines that sat in the lobby but this cooler,
dated 1941 and a Master cooler, dated 1936 were found buried behind boxes and stuff in the basement..  It cleaned up pretty nice, it has some
scratches and stains and could use a buffing... But no dents, a little surface rust and a clean tub...
a nice survivor and keeper. Here are a couple before and after pics.
