VMC 88 Refrigeration needing to be fixed

I purchased a VMC 88 Pepsi Machine and it does not cool. However the fan motor does do it's thing and I hear the thermostat clicking on and off, but it does not cool.

I looked into a new replacement system, but would rather not since it's not original and probably not America made

Anybody repair these in Southern California or the Las Vegas area? Or if need be, I can ship it if somebody tells me how, and how to also prepare it for shipment.

      You may be hearing the overload clicking on and off. You could try a 3 in 1 relay.
