Just a random thought this morning...has anyone built a punch to make Vendo 80/144 (others?) doors into manual vend 56/81/110 large doors?  I thought I remember someone mentioning it on this forum at some point, but it seems like it might be worth the tooling cost. |

The 80 door is not as deep as the 56/81/110. |

Welp, that explains that...I've never seen an 80 in person, so I didn't realized it wasn't as deep |

Didn't the 80 also have a recessed portion in the middle of the main door where all coin mech is?  Seems to me I recall something like that. |

Yes. That is why it is not the same depth. |

Here is a coindoor with same depth as a v56/110/81 That would need a punch tool to make the crankhandle hole. However, the coin return cup is too far to the left for a mechanical mech. |

$500 for a transitional VMC 81? I'd be all over it if it weren't cross country

oops! i had never see that before But if i really need a coindoor one day i would try to find one of these and then reweld the coinreturn in another position. $500 for a transitional VMC 81? I'd be all over it if it weren't cross country

Yes me to. Anyhow it's a 56 if it makes any sense. |
