Hi guys, Could you please help me ID this machine (supposedly from 1957)? I looked in the photos in the Soda Machines section of this website, but didn't see a match.
Once ID'd, any additional info would be greatly appreciated. Also, do any of you guys own one just like this one? Thanks so much! ~Markito

Spoon-feeding Newbies since 2001... Yeah..220,221 whatever it takes. Remember, all it needs is a shot of Freon! The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor 11 is louder than 10... "Hope" is good, but it's not an action plan.

Hello,
What you have is a version of the Vendo 216; off the top of my head, a V-216 MD. There's general information located in the Vendo Section of the Soda Machines Listing.

Thanks, I just bought it on eBay. My first soda machine ever! It is missing the coin mechanical parts. Anyone know where I can get the replacement for that? Thanks guys.

Thanks!

Some of those big old machines look real nice, as long as you don't have to move them, especially up or down stairs!

when I go pick it up at the guy's garage, I assume I can lay the machine on it's back in the truck? What is recommended, as I've never moved a coke machine before. Any and all advice is needed and requested. Thanks,
