$150 each max unless the Nesbitt has a date on the face. Dated and original the Nesbitt grape could bring $300 but repros have trashed the Pam market

These are not reproduction clocks. Both came from my grandfathers general store which was sold back in early 90's

What was the age of your grandfathers store. Do you remember when the clocks may have placed there? I did see where it had no bids on ebay. sorry I could not be any more help.

I love the Grapette. But I do see how repros would negatively effect value. Not sure of any way to tell if the glass is truely authentic unless someone has the history on it like you do. I remade a trashed out Pam into a Mountain Dew clock for my son - posted some pics on here. Its not original glass but everyhting else is and I am not sure how anyone but an expert would know the difference. It would be hard to buy an all original clock and not be concerned about its authenticity. Still a great looking clock though.

I guess if you have a photo of the store with the clocks in place and you can tell its a 60s photo you would have a good case.

Would there not be some form of writing on the Nesbits clock where there is a space for that? (ie the stores name, price etc...) Why would he have 2 clocks in one store?
I don't doubt he had a general store......

As far as I'm aware they only reproduced the round Grapette Pam clock, not the square one. I'd like to see what the back looks like. I would date it early 60's as it would pre-date the Juicy Soda slogan and that's mid 60's. I think $150 is fair but a little on the high side. I'd certainly pay $150 for it shipped though. I can't comment on the Nesbitts. TFJ

Well thanks for Replying guys as far as photos in the store I dont have any. The clocks were removed by my father after the store was sold and have been setting in his garage since then over his work bench he recently gave them both to me along with an eco airmeter that was also my grandfathers.. either way im guessing ill just hold on to them and place them in my garage and enjoy them!
