How much would you pay?

How much would you pay for a Vendo 23 machine that needs a complete restoration (9 out of 10 on scale of difficulty)?  The machine is said to be complete with the exception of the coin mech.  I haven't actually seen the machine, but believe it is needs a LOT of work.  Apparently the bottom is rusted out from sitting outside in the wet (the compressor mounts are rotted out).  The asking price is $110. You are looking at a parts machine only. The labor and material cost you would incur in a restoration, far exceeds what you would pay for the same machine in good shape.
       How much to pay?  Well the drum inside alone is worth the asking price since a lot are missing, but with no coin mech.....  he's not offering you much.
