On the Vendo 39 it sure looks like he did his own paint job.  Notice that there is  white pint covering  part of the coin mech?  I have never seen this done "professionally"

Interesting Paint job on that 39... why go through that much trouble and have 1 inch of the coin mech painted... weird... must be Rare! glare

I had an all red 39, but i don't recall seeing any with the white going down so low... Or so it seems to me
