Just sharing some pictures of a V81 Deck I rebuilt for another SMC member, I think it turned out real nice! good to go for another 40+ years of Cold drinks!

The Vendo V-83 is the '59 Edsel of the coke machine world. ;p
Spray painting does NOT restore a compressor
11 is louder than 10...

Looks great Johnnie!
I always thought someone should re-design the evap housing on the 81 deck so that all of the shelf slots could be used.
Have you ever looked into that?

I have taken in two machines recently where they came up with a solution to make the lower shelf sit in all positions...

one had notch cut out of the shelf so it would fit over the housing.. the other bashed in the top of the housing with a hammer to make it fit at least to the middle setting..

I think we still need to work on a new design... biggrin

PS.. Thanks Johnnie G... Can't wait to get the unit back into my customers machine , he'll be a happy camper!
