It Appears By Your Picture That YOUR Missing What are called Breaker Strips (Black  1 1/2  to 2 Inch wide ) .They Fill in the Space Between the Outer Cabinet &The Inner Tank/Liner .

If You Ordered a Seal ( Rubber ) It Gose on the Main Door .

There is a gasket on the main door that goes around the liner and is screwed to the main door along with the main door liner. The screw holes in the gasket cvorrespond to screw holes in the liner.
Another adhesive backed gasket was stuck to the right breaker strip. I don't think the sponsors sell the adhesive backed gasket as you can use any 1/2" weather stripping/gasket from your local hardware store.

I have seen other 39's where it tails off to the right, but most times it followed the breaker strip up to the center clip. Never seen it on the bottom left - just on the upper left from the hinge on up to the center clip. I suppose it couldn't hurt to carry it on around.

It is supposed to be cut at a 45 degree angle. It is installed in 2 pieces, the bottom of the door is 1 piece and surrounding the rest of the door is the second one.
