I am going to be sand blasting my 59 coke machine soon. It has the original paint from what I can tell, do I have to worry at all if they used lead paint back then? Thanks.

It can never hurt to be precautionary - I'd wear protection!
My six cents...

a little bit of lead isn't going to hurt anyone.. smile Regardless of what you are sanding or blasting, you should be wearing a dust mask of some sort..
