Found this for sale locally for $850, it works. What you guys think?

I don't know anything about Jukes, but I like the way it looks and if it works, I would give that kind of money for it.

But that machine will only play 20 selections and it is a 78 machine.  If it is working that is probably a good price but 78 are getting hard to come by.  It looks like those top corner plastics might be cracked or discolored so you will want to check those carefully.  It would be a beautiful display piece.

Kilroy will have a pretty good idea if that is a good deal!

Like Tim mentioned it play 20 records, A side only. 
The US  record companies stopped making 78's in the late 50's, Canada  a few years later,  and  South America  and the Middle East & India iinto the 60's.
78's are still available, my problem is finding  an ebay seller that knows how to  package them correctly to ship.  There are also  repros available of the Big band era, and  early Rock & Roll 9 1953-1958)  is available , price varies.

Victoryglass.com seems to be down,  at least their parts page, but if you call Denny, he can tell you if they hjave the replacement parts.
Ask if the amp and receiver were  recapped, 70 year cpaacitors  are an accident waiting to happen.
Is the coin mech  there, or was it jury rigged for free play?  how is the chorme, and as Tim mentioned,  are the top pilasters cracked or faded?  Is the veneer in good shape?

Sorry, I'm rambling. I'd obuy it for the asking proce, if the seller  won't take 750 after explaining 78's are hard to come by

The plastics your talking about is part of the design of the plastic . I would doubt it's cracked . The plastic is a 1/4 inch thick . I would buy it . 78s can be found on craigslist quite often . I have a 39 rockola ST lightup and love it . Amp recap on these are around 200.00

Looks like the locks have been drilled out . If you want to replace them with the original bell locks and keys there hard to find and range 45.00-65.00 a piece .

It's a fair price, not a steal. Just make sure all the coin is there, and the correct amp and back door. It looks like those plastics have a chocolate colored swirl to them, thats common. If they have a green swirl its uncommon and are very beautiful when lit. Good luck.

Thanks guys but unfortunately i missed it, really appreciate your help though as I don't know much about them. I'll just keep waiting for that Wurlitzer 1015 to pop up one of these days.
