Possibly looking at buying an original Vendo 80.  It does cool and vend.  They want $750 for the machine.  Any thoughts?

Also, will this machine vend the new 8 oz bottles.?  The seller thought they were too narrow?  What will it vend?

Thanks

Eric

What would be a decent price.  It does need alot of cleaning up.  He told me he has already turned down $600......I am not seeing many sell on ebay and the ones that are on there are getting up to around $1,000 and still not meeting reserve.  Thanks for the reply....

The stack is too short to vend longnecks and the columns need to be shimmed slightly to dispense the new bottles. But by narrowing the diameter of the rollers they will vend cans too.

Vendo 80's can be found all red and with small or large Coca Cola letters, or red with a white top, some of those with plenty of stainless steel trim on front. Price increases accordingly.

$750 is not a bad price but I'll bet he turned down that $600 when the market was hot, and would probably not let you walk away if you had that cold hard cash in your hand today  Cool

I'd only pay that kind of money if it was in really nice shape, white top with the stainless. if this is yoru first machine, wait and spend the extra on a Vendo 81 or , or find a 110 for around the same price as this 80..I just prefer , and many others too, a multi selection machine.

but if you already have one, and just want this 80 to ad to the collection, only if it 's real nice!
