Hey all,

Have a chance to buy about 150 bottles of coke in 8 oz bottles for about 20 cents each.   I've got a call into the fellow but they are probably from the 90s or 2000s from what I can speculate .

Would they be flat by now?  Ok to drink?   If so, I'm all over it like white on rice!!!     happydrinkers

Thanks,
Mark /  USS64K

Pop in glass will last for a few years, but I don't know if I would trust something more than a few years old.  I have had stuff that I bought two or three years earlier taste fine, but I also know how it was stored.

Ok, that's good to know.  They are more than two years old for sure and I don't know how they were stored.   Could have been in an attic for all I know.   I think I'll pass.   THANKS!

I have some 8 oz. Cokes that I bought in 2008 and they taste okay.  I have found that the diet seems to degrade quicker than the regular.  I have them stored in a cool dark area of the basement.

My basement would be just right to store soda if I got a good opportunity to buy in bulk.

General rules: 12 months, ambient temp., not in direct sunlight.

I say if there isn't fuzz floating on top and you pop it and it bubbles - sip and it tastes okay then why not? ...... just kidding.

I go on a road trip every summer to Wisconsin and Minnesota. I call it stocking up!

To Winona?

Do you take your own bottles?

Will they still sell without bringing bottles?

I'd like to buy some this summer but have no bottles to take with me.
