Hi,Everyone Just thought I let you know I'm out of the machine collecting & Moving for a while ! I was putting off Carpal Tunnel Surgery on my right hand .But it was starting to wake me up at night .So I had it done yesterday OUCH ! The Doctor said the nerve was 95% Pinched off by the Tendons being smashed against it. So since I'm Right Handed it's taken 30 min just to do this .Also During My Pre Surgery Physical My Family Doctor found I now have a Hernia !!!! The last Machine That ( C-55-2 select) I got had to be allmost pulled stright up 7ft to get it out of the basement So I'm guessing that did it . So now I guess I'll have to leave evertything To Brian (Seven181) And Josh (Loman4ec) for a while and just sit back and Grit my teeth .. Leonard

I think your machine shop buddies can make you a temporay hand. They seem to be able to make anything. Take care of yourself. By the way, a six pack weighs five pounds. That's your weight carrying limit after a hernia operation, or at least it was when I had it done back in the eighties. So you should be good to go to the liquor store.

Sorry to hear this. I wish you a speedy recovery and hope you can still at least enjoy the hobby as a buyer/seller. There is still fun and excitement in the hunt.

Here's wishing a speedy recovery to you, Leonard! I went through the hernia thing almost 2 years ago myself (from trying to lift my V-39 by myself (idiot))! Not fun, but I'm back to normal again and have been for a good while! Doesn't take long to heal, as long as you can avoid lifting kids, soda machines, and the like! Keep Brian (Seven181) out of trouble out there...I'll miss him down here with me!

Leonard,
I'm glad you got this taken care of ! ! ! These things only get worse to heal with age... Take a break for the holidays and you'll be back in shape in no time ! ! !
