bottle opener plating?

I'm getting ready to send some stuff to be chromed and wasn't sure what to do with the bottle openers. I think I've seen them chrome plated, and just cleaned up and painted.
Please let me know your thoughts. I currently use the one on my 81 and these would be used as well... I'm not sure if this would effect what should be done.

It really is up to you which way you go.

Wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy a new one?

I agree. Seems like it would just be cheaper to buy a new one from Fun-Tronics..My 2 cents.

Remember they're not chromed, it is just a new cast iron, or they are sand blasted.
Plus the chrome one's clean up better after they have been used

Yes, but for $13.25 more you have chrome. Looks much better and you have the OE bottle opener with the OE lettering. MO
