I went out looking yesterday, and found two more potentials, both in move in condition. One door closes, one door opens...

 biggrin

Is there such a thing as move in condition? I thought my house was.. The people before me renovated the whole house.... it looked beautiful... I figured we would move in, and I'd be sitting on the couch every night watching tv.. 10 years later, I'm still working on this place..  darn

Good point. Let's say they appear not to be a money sucking pit the other one turned out to be.  Won't  really know until a formal inspection.
