Hi

I'm new in the hobby I just have a pepsi machine ( hope you like pepsi  tounge ) that I
what to restore from top to bottom, sandblast, new paint and everything. I have a few questions first, I want to know what is the exact name of this machine ? ( see picture ) I know it's a square top. (sorry for the quality of the picture, it was taken by the other owner.)

description on the plate

Model VF56B-B
serial # 609058993
vendolator mfg. co.

after that the coinco coinmech isn't working, it's a model S75-9800, & the main electronic board is damaged, two 2 pieces are burnt on it Sad

As for the cooling system, it's working pretty good, but I didn't take the temperature, but it's  colder than my fridge .

thanks for helping a newbie in this hobby.

Welcome to the board! You can find a coin mech on eBay for $40 or so. A search on "Free Vend Switch" will show you how to vend without the coin mech.

If the bottle rack sticks a good cleaning with CLR and a dab of white lithum grease on the moving parts will work wonders.

The cooling fins need to be clean and it is a good idea to replace both fans. The board sponsors will have the fans.

Great machines. Any questions just ask.

It is easy to remove the thing. I usually remove all of the wiring, fans, etc. and use a garden hose spray gun to it with some soapy water - rinse - maybe strighten some really distorted fins and spray the fins again. Clean the compressor contacts - install new fans and wiring and reinstall.

Yep you've got a Vendo 56 squaretop.
Here's mine, I'm just giving it a thorough cleaning, new fans, wiring and a buff.  If you search around in this thread you'll see a few that have been completely restored.  Good luck!
