Comments:   The Vendo 56 actually began in the late 50's as the Vendo V-56. This is another case where Vendo kept a model available throughout the years and re-manufctured the cabinet to fit the times. The version pictured lower-left is from a brochure dated 1970; The 1960's version is the top photo and is commonly called the Challenger model.
