Thanks again to all. It was really a nice, quiet day, which is what I prefer. The wife forgetting was really funny. My daughter is only 3, so she doesn't know what day is what. If my grandmother hadn't called or my daughter hadn't asked, I was probably going to say something around dinner, as we usually go out on some one's birthday. If not, then this morning (the 13th), my wife would've handed me a card and I would have had to tell her. She really would've felt bad, and that would've been a little mean on my part.
Dave, you're right, I do already have what I want- God, family, health, good friends like the group here. Plus, I think my "kitchen pass" has earned a LOOOOOOOOOOONG expiration date
