Hello, I haven't posted in some times. I am completely restoring a vendo  39 and I am curently looking to doing the inside liner. Is there any way to have it re-galvanized? Can a part be galvanized or must I use galvanized steel and fold it to form a new liner? If anyone have any information about it I would be really happy.

  And by the way, the price is not a problem. I really don't wan't to have it powder coated or painted as I think it doesn't look good. But that is just my opinion.

Galvanizing is a hot process ( I looked into it) it would warp the crap out of it... zinc plating is the closest thing to galvaizing..... then you would have to have that coated.....

Thank you very much Eric, I didn't know it was a hot process. For zinc plating, no coating is necessary. A lot of cars parts are zinc plated and they stay good looking for a long time.
