I'll tell you, if I did not have customers, paying good money for these machines, I couldn't do the powder coating. It's all good!

I think it may come down to which finish looks most original in the machine from the factory. Hammertone or powdercoat, which looks more like the galvanized metal these originally came with?

I think it may come down to which finish looks most original in the machine from the factory. Cormy ....hammertone or powdercoat?....at a cost of $50.00 or $500.00 including all labor. Is this your machine or your customers? Who pays the extra? You or the customer? We are comparing cost to benifit! We all want the finest finish at the lowest cost ! '>

I'm staying with the Hammertone, it's held up for at least ten years on the machines that I have done. The key is in the prep work! If any of my customer's ever develop a problem I'll make it right!

Hey guys, just wanted to say it looks like you all do very good work on these machines. I'm just starting my first resto on an 81 square corner, and I'm sure I found one of the best sources for info on doing it right, I'm sure I will be asking lots of questions. Such as where do you find all these machines, I'm in Canada and I know there are alot of machine to be had here its just where are they.

Once you post more than 50 posts on the site, we give you the name of a website that you simply type in what type of machine your looking for and price you want to pay and it spits out 10-20 locations for machines right in your neighborhood!, Pretty cool!!!
