Eric,
I'm always in favor of improving the functionality at SMC; however, if I understand this feature, you would like to implement a photo submission for each month and then come out with a printable version of the monthly calendar with the winning photo in the calendar...

I like the idea of having a Machine of the month type thing....don't know if this is already done here....but it tends to get people to work a little harder at finding rare machine and getting them cleaned up atleast enough to photo

Terry,
I didn't know you owned a Decapper! I would like to use a couple of photos in the Soda Machines Section with your permission...

Funny you shoould mention Starr X... I just learned that Starr X had their headquarters in New Kent, VA which is a rocks through from my brothers house in Quinton, VA. Next time I visit the area, I'm going to do a little digging to see where the old place used to be...
Oh yea, about the Decapper, I was hoping to get some good photos of an original... So much for that...
EDIT: Starr-X was located in Newport News, VA in the early years; not in New Kent, VA
