I have gone through this whole machine over and over. It appears to operate properly, except for it won't stop running after you vend. I am wondering if this is possibly the wrong relay box as it says to use it only with vu-b and vu-c. My machine is a ecb c 9-72. Anyone?

Hang in there.  I know that hardly anyone has gotten to around to answer your questions but it is probably because hardly anyone here has a CV and the forum has been kind of slow the past month.
Have you tried to make a free-vend switch (first topic in the Coin Mech area)?  This way you can at least start to narrow it down and say that it is not the coin mech. '<img'>

WEll,
I got a hold of a service manual, but I dont think it is the correct one. I got the basic idea of how it works, but need parts. Does anyone have a relay box, choice vend part # 851574?

Well,
I had a guy come out that works on vending machines. He said we are stuck without schematics. Also, it would be nice to have a replacement relay box, but noone has chimed in. I assume I am dead in the water.Sad

Jon,

I'm not knowledgeable on later models, but my observation on Choice Vend machines is it can be difficult to locate parts or someone experienced with them... Johnie has some knowledge on these...

My six cents,
