Hi I came across a coke machine today, called a cornelius. It has got to be the smallest stand up coke machine I've seen, you open it up and it has two sections to put bottles in. It might stand at around 4ft tall. Does anyone know what this is worth? I tried to look a picture up but it said that Cornelius only made one type of stand up and it was big. Could this be rare? Has decals on the sides, and a plastic or glass piece at the top, 1960s colors. Robert sherrill15@aol.com

Sorry it was kind of a hit and run deal, he didn't want his sister knowing he was selling it, It's taken over a year now just to go look at it. He has three machines all together, one from the 80s another one from the 60s with a bottle rack on the side. It was kind of a last notice thing, he saw us in town and told us to follow him. Great condition, I made an offer but he said someone offered $450 before. Wasn't sure if it was worth that or not. I am trying to find something similiar to it. Robert

if you look at item # 7169253071. It's that size, but square top, same color scheme, but instead of embossed at the top it's a light up. .10 machine that vends bottles. Robert

I have no idea what it would be worth. Seems to be a few new/different Cornelius machines surface this past year that have not been in the Machine section. Is it in nice shape? Does it work? Is it worth $450 to you? If yes to the above then get it (try lower though at first).

Robert. Your refrence # leads to a Vendo 44. You say your machine is this proportion but square corners, the face lights up and it vends from columns. Could there be some confusion as to the name. Cornelius may be confused with the Cavalier 55 that perfectly matches your description.

The one you posted was a C1-55. It vends by just putting in the correct amount of money. The C2's are pretty rare. The C2 is my dream machine.
