Here's some pictures of my recently repaired/refilled/restored compressor deck for my 44. I'm really happy with how it turned out.

Disregard the 2x4 in the picture...Westinghouse didn't include that option, I just though it added a few points to the "cool factor"! '<img'>

Thanks guys! I used a combo of steel wool and for the really tough stuff I used some REALLY fine sandpaper. For final shine (which comes before final install) I'll use some NeverDull for a good ole' Navy shine!! I miss brightwork....... '<img'>
