I have a Ideal Canadian slide 150 which I finally found a coin mech for it, the only issue is the coin mech that came with it looks to missing some parts, not sure if these are inter changeable or if this could be repaired or not? And who does these repairs. It is a Vendall Machines LTD R31203 coin mech. I have included picture's as well to show what I have, Any help would be appreciated, another question is can you find and buy another one, that will work and fit in the same slot, or are these hard to find as well?

So I’m going to assume that it’s an internal mounted in to the machine ? Did you even try and drop a coin threw it to see if it drops out correctly?
I”m not familiar with your style machine but there are similar working between the 35-55-And larger ideals but your may be a later 60s version machine

Sorry I posted more pictures of the coin mech, and yes I have tried putting a coin in it and it falls right through, straight down. also the hinge part doesn't stay together and falls back, so makes it hard to work at all. That is why I am asking if this can be replaced with something else as I am sure there is things missing off of this coin mech. as it just drops right through and doesn't slide over to drop into the slot on the bottom. where it should go. thanks for your reply, and I will try and give you the best description as possible.

It looks very similar to a Coinco 760 slug rejector for a S75-9800 series coinmech, although yours is a single price/quarters only rejector, a 760 unit may fit & while the 760 can also accept dimes & nickels, obviously you'd only be able to vend with a quarter. they are cheap & plentiful on the internet, might be worth a try, although you may need to buy an entire coinmech in order to utilize just the slug rejector from it...but I've seen bare rejectors for sale as well.

note that Yours is mounted "backwards" in the machine [front vs back] if you flip it so the coin chute faces to the left you'll see how very similar they are, the key is where the coin exits the rejectors bottom to fall into the vending disk to allow the flapper to be rotated when pulling out a bottle.
