Don't think the rack from a Westinghouse SK-44 will fit in a Vendo 44 But the coin mech should ? But I think you have to lengthen the shaft

The coin mech will not simply plug and play.

You will need to drill a 1/8" pin hole on the horizontal for the Vendo. The Westinghouse has a 3/16" pin hole on the vertical. The shaft will need to be extended and a 1/8" diagonal pin hole to work in a VMC-44.

There is no "Nickel Feeler Flag" on the Westy mechs, so you won't have total control of the SO flag using it in a Vendo. It should still block coins from being accepted and display "Empty" when empty (assuming completeness), but the machine's SO Flag will not be able to move between "Insert Coins" and " No Quarters" without the SO Flag extension on the nickel feeler.

Hope that makes sense!

I knew I had to extend the shafts on a couple of mine but forgot the drill 180 out

The only reasons you would want to extend the shaft is:
A: The mech as originally from a transitional machine (shorter than a Vendo)
or
B: You want it to fit a VMC-44/88

Vendo and Westinghouse shafts are the same length.
