I like option 2 because the letters stand nice and tall, and has a sharper / crisper look.  Its not as close to the original, but nothing is other than the original....

I had some decals made up years ago and still have a few. Let me know if you want one.
I also had the mirror design etched on the back by a glass and mirror shop, then just put a silver Mylar adhesive sheet behind it.

I was going to make a decal years ago but I changed my mind.  I had this image cleaned up, but of course I shrank it to fit as an attachment.  I can send you the image if you'd like.
