Going to an auction tomorrow morning and thought I would ask here what some thought about a couple signs value...  I am really after the 6ft Texaco sign (1st row), but there are a couple old Coke signs (3rd row) that I wouldn't mind having...  Just wondering what the good deal price might be...  Some things are re-pop stuff but a lot of cool old signs.  Thanks for any thoughts.  http://hawksauction.com/sign/sign.htm

Well I didn't get the Texaco sign as it went for $575, or the Col-Tex for $325. The Triple AAA Root beer were good sized and I think there were 2 or 3 of them and went for between $100 - $125 each.  The Coca Cola fishtail went for $150 and the other Drink Ice Cold one I think for around $135???  There was a bunch of various wood soda crates and several bottles i hadn't seen before.  They sold early so I didn't bid on any of them as to save my money for a bigger ticket item, but the crates with bottles in them went from $5 to $12.  I had to leave early so I missed a lot of things but the pictures didn't do it justice...  However after missing out on the porcelian signs I did win the BIG BEAR 4'x6' painted metal sign.  Came from the BIG BEAR CA area, either a lodge or nudist colony was the story, but who knows.  Either way its huge!  Plan on hanging it in the house...  Girlfriend was a little mad at first cause I only said I was going for the two porcelian ones and had made no mention of plans on bidding on it.  IMPULSE BUY!!!  On the way out we had several folks come up and visit with us about it so the girlfriend liked it by the time she helped me lug it to the car.
